Order Process

  1. Container Selection: Choose the size of your container – 20', 30', or 40' – and select your desired bedroom count, ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms or an open-air studio layout.

  2. Color Options: We recommend selecting the most suitable color option during checkout. You'll have 72 hours to confirm your choices with us, including frame color (black, brown, white, or custom), floor color, outer wall color, inner wall color, kitchen color, and bathroom color.

  3. Permitting Responsibility: Before finalizing your purchase, ensure all necessary zoning and building permits are obtained from your local authorities. This step is crucial to avoid delays in delivery once your container home is completed.

  4. Streamlined Production: we utilize pre-built parts and pre-designed layouts to streamline production time and costs. This allows us to offer an impressive 15-day build-to-complete timeline for your container home.

  5. Delivery Timeframe: After production, your container home will be delivered to your location within 2-4 weeks, depending on your proximity to the east or west coast. Expect your order to be ready for delivery 4-6 weeks after finalizing your purchase.

  6. Site Preparation: It's essential to prepare your site for the arrival of your container home. Whether you opt for a slab or post foundation, ensure it aligns with the specifications provided in the architect's diagram. For more information on deciding for the proper land prep, please read this Blog Here.

  7. Free Nationwide Delivery: We offers free nationwide delivery within the USA via flatbed or tilt bed trucks. However, it's the customer's responsibility to ensure clear access to the delivery site, free from obstructions like wires or trees.

  8. Video Recording for Delivery Assessment: Share a video recording from the nearest highway to your location to help us assess the feasibility of delivery. If the file is too large, upload it to a Google folder and share the URL with us.

  9. Utility Connection and Expansion: Customers are responsible for connecting utilities and expanding the container home if needed. Our team provides detailed spec sheets and architect diagrams to guide your efforts.

Our mission

We're on a mission to change the way the housing market works. Rather than offering one service or another, we want to combine as many and make our clients' lives easy and carefree. Our goal is to match our clients with the perfect properties that fit their tastes, needs, and budgets.

Our vision

We want to live in a world where people can buy homes that match their needs rather than having to find a compromise and settle on the second-best option. That's why we take a lot of time and care in getting to know our clients from the moment they reach out to us and ask for our help.
